After a resounding success in the role of Tsar Boris on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater, Dmitry unexpectedly went on an urgent call to Vienna to sing the General in S. Prokofiev’s opera “The Player”. This was Dmitry Ulyanov's debut on the stage of the Vienna State Opera, which was also an incredible success among the local public and aroused genuine interest among opera lovers.
The performances took place on October 4, 7, 10, 14, 17 and 20, 2017. Conductor - Simone Young, director - Caroline Gruber. In addition to Dmitry, the main roles were played by Elena Guseva, Misha Didyk, Elena Maksimova, Linda Watson and others.
