December 29, 2017 on the stage of the Concert Hall named after P.I. Tchaikovsky hosted the final event of the IV Music Festival of Vasily Ladyuk “Opera Live” - a concert performance of G. Verdi’s opera “Attila”.

For the first time in his career, Dmitry Ulyanov performed in the main role of Attila, the leader of the Huns. The role of Odabella was performed by Svetlana Kasyan, Foresto by Sergei Skorokhodov, Ezio by Vasily Ladyuk. The opera was also performed by the Academic Large Choir “Masters of Choral Singing” under the direction of artistic director and chief conductor Lev Kontorovich, and the stunning performance of soloists and choir was accompanied by the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia named after E. F. Svetlanov under the direction of Pavel Smelkov.
